The CNC milled aluminum case is a custom-fit solution designed with precision to house the bladeRF 2.0 micro. Comprised of rugged, light-weight aluminum, the case is intended to shield and protect the bladeRF 2.0 micro while maintaining an unobtrusive and clean aesthetic. The CNC case features a 4 light pipes for the main LEDs. Four screw-on SMA extenders are included to help extend the SMA ports’ range.

Product includes:

  • 1x CNC Aluminum case: High performance case for the bladeRF 2.0 micro.
  • 1x EVA Carrying Case: An EVA carrying case that can fit the bladeRF 2.0 micro in the CNC enclosure, and several accessories in an elastic pouch.
  • 8x Black Feet: Sturdy and sticky, these black feet add balance and stability to the case. 4 spares are included.
  • 4x Light Pipe: Included are four light pipes that transmit LED indications from the board, contributing to overall visibility and ease of operation. These have to be manually installed.
  • 3x SMA to UFL: These cables create secure, low-loss RF connections to REFCLK, CLKIN, and CLKOUT on the bladeRF 2.0 micro.
  • 4x SMA Extender: Included in the kit are SMA extenders, these have to be attached to the bladeRF 2.0 micro prior to installation. Please ensure a tight connection.
  • 1x Gray Thermal Pad (30MMx30MM): A high-performance thermal pad (2.2W/m-K) that works to enhance heat dispersion from under the bladeRF 2.0 micro FPGA.
  • 1x Purple Thermal Pad (15MMx15MM): This thermal pad (4.5W/m-K) offers an effective thermal interface between the underside of the RF transceiver, the AD9361, aiding in effective heat management.
  • 5x Passivated 18-8 Stainless Steel Pan Head Phillips Screws (M2.5 x 0.45mm Thread, 4mm Long) (92000A102): Stainless steel screws used to secure the bladeRF 2.0 micro to the bottom enclosure.
  • 5x Passivated 18-8 Stainless Steel Pan Head Phillips Screws (M2.5 x 0.45mm Thread, 10mm Long) (92000A106): Stainless steel screws used to properly secured the top and bottom of the case.
