Does anyone know if Nuand still sends RMAs for returns within 30 days of purchase? I've sent emails and left phone messages but no response. It's getting close to my purchase date + 30 Days, so starting to worry. Last contact was Aug 21,2025 with robert.ghilduta requesting photos. I sent photos but no reply.
Return policy details
• Time limit: You must return unwanted products within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Restocking fee: A 25% restocking charge is applied to any returned, unwanted products.
• Shipping costs: You are responsible for all shipping, handling, and customs fees related to the original shipment and the return shipment.
• Special equipment: For orders involving special equipment or services, you are responsible for the cost of all related work in progress.
• Return authorization: A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Nuand before returning any products.
