That is what I did as I showed in the photo above. Is there anything wrong with the cable I am using? It is directly BNC on one end and U.FL on the other end with no splices.

Your setup with the bladeRF and GPSDO 10 MHz reference clock might require some fine-tuning. Start by verifying the GPSDO signal quality and reconsidering the need for a 10dB attenuator.
