Mind sharing your flow graph here?

I suspect you might be able to get a quicker response if folks have something they can quickly attempt to run and debug.

SDR# reads the wav files just fine here, it doesn't seem to be IQ data though seems demodulated already. gnuradio is kinda rough to get going on windows so couldn't try your flowgraph

Gnuradio 3.7 works fine in Windows, when using a vmware Linux for it This way I am using it on my Win8 tablet PC...
