Dear all,
What is the proper way to disconnect or remove the bladeRF board in Ubuntu?
Is there any special command like umount for /dev/bladerf0?

Unplugging should be fine. To be extra careful, you may want to make sure the device isn't actively transmitting or receiving before unplugging the device.
If you mean how to remove the kernel module (associated with /dev/bladerf*) then rmmod bladeRF is what you are looking for.
