Hi,

I am trying to get the FPGA development environment for the Micro A4 BladeRF in the Linux environment. I have an Ubuntu 22.4 LTS. As suggested in the BladeRF FPGA-Development , I am trying to download https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en ... linux.html the Quartus Prime Lite edition 20.1. However, it seems that the 20.1 version is no longer available for Ubuntu. Could anyone please let me know the flow for the FPGA development for Micro A4 in Ubuntu ? Thanks a lot.

With Regards,
Avinash

I was able to get it working not long ago. I can't remember the exact flow, but I think I found the Quartus version in the archives from the website. I was able to successfully build an FPGA. I had problems getting Quartus installed correctly so the environment variables were set and I ended up manually setting things to get it working.

Yes, I had to delete and re-download the old Ubuntu version to get Quartus setup. I thought it was a bug but now it seems that the 20.1 version is not available with Ubuntu 22.4 LTS

Hi All,

Sorry. Had somehow missed all the replies (No mail notification either). I was able to get the latest version of Quartus Prime Lite and through the NIOS shell was able to get the compilation on my machine for both bladeRF and the micro as well. So to answer the question, yes , the latest Quartus Prime Lite does the job in Linux.
