FM/CW modulation has moving spurs

Hi,
I am generating a FMCW signal and there are two moving spurs (image frequencies).
10Mhz deviation at 6Ghz even with a 1 second sweep rate, even with a fixed offset
The moving spurs have a 38dbc difference.
Changing the IQ dc offset does not have an effect.
Any ideas would be most welcome!
