Full Duplex, Loopback using Matlab

Hello,
I am working on interference cancellation with some algorithms which I am implementing on SIMULINK.
I want to generate full duplex signals using the bladeRF SDR, but then I am stuck.
How can I approach it?
Can I use any of the different loopback modes to get full-duplex?
(I'm new to the entire SDR field, I'd value any opinions.)
