bladerf x40 transmits the signal weaker the higher the frequency

I am trying to transmit a pre-recorded signal to a file via the command line (bladefr-cli). The higher I assign the frequency of the signal, the weaker the signal. How can this be fixed? At a frequency of 300 megahertz, the signal is strong, but at 900 megahertz it becomes very weak.
