UMTS signal parametry mesurment

Hello everybody.
I have question. Can is possiable mesurment umts parameter use bladeRF 2.0 ax9. I know how to receive and decodet gsm and lte signal but I don't know how to do umts technology. I need receiv gsm/umts/lte signal and check parameter: bcch, bch rssi, and save this to database.
I try search same tutorial how to decoded umts signal, but I didn't found enythink.
Please help me.
