rx_tamer uses a 1PPS signal to tame the VCTCXO using a simple control system algorithm. The idea is to allow a 1PPS signal from a GPS receiver to be used as a reference for counting clock cycles per second to estimate what value the VCTCXO's DAC should be set to in order to bring the VCTCO to 38.4MHz.
